Privacy Commissioner launches online privacy tool for NSW public sector
The NSW Privacy Commissioner has issued: ‘Use and disclosure of genetic information to a patient’s genetic relatives: Guidelines for organisations in NSW’.
The IPC has released the annual report which documents our achievements and challenges during 2013 – 2014 and outlines our directions for the coming year.
The Information Commissioner is inviting feedback from GIPA officers across NSW Government on the revision of current resources.
