IPC Disclosure Log
Under section 25 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) we are required to keep a disclosure log that documents the information we release in response to access applications, and which may be of interest to other members of the public. The IPC Disclosure Log will be updated as we receive access applications.
Information not disclosed
If we make a decision not to disclose open access information due to an overriding public interest, we will publish a record detailing the information not released on our website. This will include the reasons behind the decision not to release the information.
