Information Commissioner review outcomes
The Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC) publishes external review reports to assist agencies to comply with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).
Not all IPC reports are published on our website. The IPC selects reports for publication based on the issues considered, to provide guidance for agencies and applicants on the IPCβs interpretation of the GIPA Act. The IPC obtains consent from applicants before publishing reports. Where consent is not available, the IPC withholds the applicant's identification from the report.
