Information Awareness Month 2016
Information Awareness Month (IAM) is a collaborative venture between various bodies in the data management, archives, records, knowledge and library communities.
Its aim is to increase public awareness of information and its place in all aspects of daily life. IAM is an opportunity to promote the value of good information practices and policies and information management across organisations.
This year’s theme is ‘Investing in Information Governance’ and is celebrated in a series of events around Australia. For more information on Information Awareness Month, visit www.informationawarenessmonth.org
