NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal has commenced operation

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) was established on 1 January, 2014 and consolidates the work of 22 NSW tribunals into a new one stop shop for specialist tribunal services. This includes the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (ADT).

NCAT retains the former specialist tribunal expertise and services, and will provide a single gateway to tribunal services that are quick, accessible, economical and effective.

Please note, if you have lodged an application with the ADT before 1 January 2014, the application does not have to be re-lodged at NCAT.
