Media Release - National Youth Week, 10 - 18 April

The Information and Privacy Commission (IPC) is celebrating and supporting National Youth Week, a NSW Government initiative, 10 - 18 April 2019.

First launched by NSW Government in 1989, Youth Week has since grown to be a national event jointly supported by the Australian Government, State and Territory Governments and Local Governments.

This year’s theme Coming together to Connect, Share, Speak Out and Celebrate encourages young people (12 to 25 years) from around Australia to share their ideas, attend live events, discuss issues of concern, showcase their talents, celebrate youth contribution to the community and last but not least, have fun.
