As part of the IPC's commitment to ensure that our website is fully accessible and meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, the ReadSpeaker service is available throughout our site, including online and offline text to speech (TTS). 

You will find a ReadSpeaker "Listen" icon at the top of each page of our website. Click on this icon to access the audio service.
