The IPC supports R U OK? Day 8 September 2022

The Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC) supports R U OK? Day and the 2022 theme, No qualifications needed.

R U OK? Day is supported nationwide and reminds Australians that every day is the day to  ask, ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.

This year’s theme recognises that we don’t need to be an expert to start an ‘R U OK?’ conversation and listening and giving someone our time might be just what they need to help them through.

R U OK? is hosting a virtual event on Thursday 8 September at 12:00–12:30pm (AEST) about conversation tips and inspiration to asking R U OK? Learn more about the event, R U OK? Day and other resources on the R U OK? website.
