The Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC) supports R U OK? Day and the 2023 theme, I'm here to hear.

R U OK? Day is supported nationwide and reminds Australians that every day is the day to ask, ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.

This year’s theme recognises the importance of letting the people in your world know you’re here, to really hear, because a conversation could change a life.
