The Information and Privacy Commission NSW (IPC) is proud to support R U OK? Day, which is celebrated nation-wide in September every year.

This year’s theme for R U OK? Day is There’s more to say after R U OK. It encourages Australians to reach out to those who may be going through a tough time, show them they are supported and encourage them to access help but also to follow up and check in after asking R U OK?
