IPC Speaking Engagement - Event details

Thank you for your invitation for the IPC to present at your event. This form is is to be completed to provide further details of the engagement you have requested. 
Please complete the below questions at your earliest convenience so we can better understand your needs for this engagement.
NOTE: This webform is not to be used for initial requests for engagement. In the first instance, please contact Lynley Mattes (lynley.mattes@ipc.nsw.gov.au) with the details of your engagement.

Will there be a preliminary or test event held with all the speakers?
Is a PowerPoint presentation required?
Will there be Q&As after the presentation/panel?

Will the event be recorded?
Will a copy of the recording be available after the event?
Will the event be photographed?

Please provide copies of photographs on the day if possible, or following the event to lynley.mattes@ipc.nsw.gov.au (and cc communications@ipc.nsw.gov.au).

Will there be media present at the event?
Will you be using social media to promote or during the event?
After the event, would you be willing to complete a feedback form about the quality of our presenter?
