Make a complaint to the Information Commissioner about the conduct of an agency under the GIPA Act

Use this form if your complaint concerns the conduct (action or inaction) of an agency in exercising its function under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).

Following completion of this form, your application will be registered in the IPC's system and referred to the relevant staff member for a response.
