NSW Information Commissioner publishes two new GIPA Act resources

The NSW Information Commissioner has published two new fact sheets to assist applicants and decision-makers under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act)

These resources have been developed in consultation with our stakeholders to assist applicants and agencies when considering Offence Provisions under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act), and Restraint orders under section 110 of the GIPA Act.
